The bureaucracy costs to the societies up to 30,000 Euros, according to the Cameras
The excess of bureaucracy is a too expensive cost for the companies. Thus Superior of Chambers of Commerce to 6,500 companies is reflected in a survey elaborated by the Council, in which 40% confess that the administrative proceedings imply a cost to them that oscillates between 6,000 and 30,000 Euros to the year. Only a 8% assure that it spends more than 30,000 Euros to the year in bureaucratic ties. The first calculations of the Ministry of Public Administrations aim at that it implies a cost of the 1.2% of the GIP, around 12,000 million Euros. According to the study, the industry, the construction and the hotel trade, by this order, are the sectors where the administrative ties and the convergence of national and autonomic regulations consume more economic resources. In particular, 10% of the companies of the construction asked for this aspect reveal that the annual cost surpasses the 30.000. On the other hand, one of each two great companies of the sectors of the hotel trade and tourism (with more than 250 employees) it recognizes that they destine between 6,000 and 30,000 Euros to solve bureaucratic subjects. Between the measures propose by the Cameras to reduce the administrative proceedings, the most valued they are the reduction of the number of rates that must pay and fit their price to served public. In addition, eight of each ten companies consider very important to reduce the present norm and to trim the terms that take the administrations for the payments to the companies (return of taxes and payments by services). To reduce a 25% in 2010 the Executive signed in October an agreement with Ceoe, the Spanish Confederation of the Small and Median Company (CEPYME) and the Chambers of Commerce to reduce in three years a 25% the bureaucratic proceedings that they must realize the companies.
