For the companies, nevertheless, he is more interesting to offer these advantages to the employees with rents inferiors to 30,000, since not only they will have deductions in the Tax of Societies, but also they will save part of the Social Security. The employees must be careful, in this sense, since the smaller payments of the company to the Social Security will become smaller benefits for the future.
