A judge gives to the reason to a mother worker who requested a day nonfit to the turns of his emp

The court of Social the 11 number of Barcelona has given the reason to a woman who asked for to her company a change of schedule that did not adjust to the turns of work established in the plant to be able to take care of its children --minors of eight years-- before the entrance and after the exit of the school. The company, that work in three rotating turns morning, behind schedule and night, denied the request of its employee to consider that it was not adapted to the schedule morning (of 6 to 14 hours) nor to the one of behind schedule (of 14 to 20 hours) and maintained that Isabel H.L or enjoyed a turn of work nonrotating and chosen by she herself. In addition, the direction of Ficotriad remembered that the group of the factory is formed by an important group of women who could ask for similar reductions of day and schedules, which would cause “an unsalvable organizational dysfunction”. However, and according to it consists in the sentence facilitated by the Cabbage·lectiu Ronda, the judge considered that, given the enterprise dimension, it is possible to grant to the worker his request, to the being the unique one who, at the moment has raised, it to the direction.
