To force the worker to sign a document in target can take to the industralist to the jail
To force a worker to sign documents in target as indispensable condition to obtain the work constitutes a crime against the rights of the workers, as it has sentenced the Supreme Court. An industralist, when to formalize contracts with his workers, forced these to sign documents in target like requirement to secure the job. Later, the industralist dismissed three of these employees, whom they demanded to the company by inadmissible dismissal. In the judgment, the industralist presented/displayed a series of documents, supposedly signed by the dismissed workers, in which these declared to have received the amounts corresponding by dismissal to their whole satisfaction and others of extinction of the labor relation. As the documents had been manipulated by the industralist or somebody to their orders, the Judge of the Social thing suspended the view and granted a term of eight days so that the workers interposed a criminal complaint against the company by falsification. Finally, the Supreme Court, by via penitentiary, condemns the industralist, among others crimes and responsibilities of civil type, like author of a crime against the rights of the workers, to a prison sentence of a year and three months. And in the matter of civil responsibility, one condemns to pay 9,000 Euros to him to each worker. (The extracted News of Europe Press)
