The Parliament studies to raise the capitalization of unemployment
One of the measures that the Government has in portfolio to mitigate the increase of unemployment is to facilitate the access to the self-employment for which they remain without work. The plenary session of the Congress of the Deputies has predicted to today approve a proposal not of law that will allow the unemployed ones that they are made independent receive from a single time 60% of the unemployment insurance and destine rest 40% to pay the social quotas. According to data contributed by the organizations of independent, in the 2004 they capitalized unemployment more than 50,200 unemployed; in the 2005 they were 78.819; a year later already they were 114,176 and in the 2007 they happened of 150.000. SHE TIES aims that in only in the first unemployed semester of this year 136,429 they have requested the unique payment of his insurance of unemployment.
